The Behavioral Element

Behavioral wellness tends to one’s ability to create and maintain behaviors (self-efficacy) that support all the other elements of health. Self-efficacy is one’s impression of their own ability to perform a task. This impression is based on prior success in the task or in related tasks, one’s physiological state, and outside sources of persuasion. Behavioral wellness tends to one’s perception of their self-efficacy
