You’re invited to an interactive online conversation about the importance of mentally and physically strengthening ourselves, our relationships with others, and getting comfortable with new technology.

Please join us for “At Home In Health”, a weekly interactive conversation about how we are all maintaining (or at least attempting) healthy bodies, minds, and relationships during this uncertainty. Each Friday we will gather (virtually) to listen and share. Amanda LaPlante, host of "Get Real to Heal" on KWRH-LP 92.9 FM will interview local experts in the fields of talk therapy, functional medicine, nutrition, Yoga, technology and lifestyle. Then, they will address questions from the community…you!

Don’t just listen to people talking about it. Be a Part of the conversation. Let us hear your voice!
