St. Louis DBT offers a 16-week Advanced DBT Skills Group for clients who have completed at least one round of a standard DBT Skills Group. This group will be heavily peer-led, with an emphasis on delving deeper into skills learning, applying skills to real-life situations, problem solving, and role playing.

The cost to attend is $45 or $50 per session depending on whether you have an STLDBT individual therapist.. Documentation will be provided for out-of-network reimbursement. Purchasing a $25 workbook is required.
