Hey there! I'm ilia (they/them pronouns), and I'm a therapist with STLDBT. I may be a good fit for you if you're looking to explore past traumas, discuss the role of systemic oppression in everyday life, improve your executive functioning, and most of all, work together on creating a life worth living. As a white genderqueer person, my therapeutic practice is actively anti-racist and queer/trans affirming. I am also available to provide letters of support for individuals seeking gender-affirming medical care, should they request it.
