About Me
I am the founder of and therapist at Abundant Life Counseling St. Louis, LLC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Registered Play Therapist. I have been counseling since 2010. I earned my Masters in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2010 and my play therapy certification from the KC Play Institute (now Heartland Play Therapy) in 2013. I am a member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science. I have experience working in a variety of outpatient and agency settings, including BJC Behavioral Health and Epworth Children and Family Services. In October 2017, I became a certified PICK (Premarital, Interpersonal, Choices & Knowledge) instructor. I enjoy working collaboratively with women, as they seek to flourish in their relationships with Christ and others. My particular areas of interest include anxiety, family of origin issues, women’s issues, and healthy dating relationships. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, a good brunch, traveling, running, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals!
